| COMMENTS: |
Cabin heating is supplied by the Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. Hot water is via a calorifier, there is a 240v landline, small inverter and three batteries. This boat really should be seen to be appreciated, light and spacious inside and offered for sale in apparantly excellent order, she had an out of water survey in Nov 2009 at which time she was also blacked. The residential mooring that this boat currently occupies may be transferable at an additional cost believed to be in the region of £1500 plus annual fees.
